These elegant purple poppy drop earrings, symbolising our collective appreciation for the efforts of all animals who contributed to peacekeeping efforts the world over, is made from a combination of textured and glitter resins. From November 1st to 11th, Erstwilder will be donating $5 from this design to The Poppy Appeal. For the rest of the year we will be donating $2 from the sale of every one of these pieces on ERSTWILDER.COM to The Poppy Appeal/ the ANZAC Appeal. Erstwilder will not be placing a limit on the number of purple poppies produced, to ensure that we can continue to support the Poppy Appeal in perpetuity.
Heroes come in many form lest we forget those courageous creatures great and small.

Each piece is made from laser cut and layered resin, hand assembled, hand painted and released in limited quantities. As all of our designs are lovingly glued, assembled and painted by hand there can be finger print marks and very slight variations and blemishes from piece to piece. Due to the hand mixed nature of the resins in our designs it is also common and normal to find tiny flecks or bubbles in the resin layers. All in all this just makes each piece as special and unique as you are.
Brooch clasps, necklace chains and jump rings are made from silver-plated steel. Earrings hooks and posts are made from high quality, hypoallergenic stainless steel.
Please be aware that resin is akin to ceramic and glass and therefore may be damaged if dropped or knocked. Due to the use of high quality silver-plating in our brooch clasps, tarnishing and oxidisation can occur, producing black and gold discolouration. As with all silver products, you can simply restore it using a silver cloth. Keep your Erstwilder companion neatly tucked away in this box when not being worn, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, water and excessive sunlight and you’ll have a trusted friend for years to come.
