Delivery & Returns ♡

  • We usually dispatch orders the same working day if they are placed before 12pm. There may be a slight delay during busy periods but we always work as fast as we can!

  • A signature is not always required upon delivery, if no one is available to take delivery of the item, Royal Mail or other courier will leave the item in a safe place or they will take it back to the local delivery office for you to collect. You will receive an email confirming dispatch of an item within 24 hours of us sending your item.

Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you love your items when you receive them but if for any reason you do need to return something, you can do so within subject to the following conditions:
  1. It is within 14 days of receipt

  2. The item has not been worn or tampered with, and all tags are still attached

  3. The item is not marked, has no make up traces and no deodorant marks and does not smell of cigarettes, perfume etc.

  4. It is folded neatly into the original packaging

There is no need to contact us when returning but please ensure you have included all of your contact details and order number and have stated whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
 Please ensure you return items to us including all of your details and order number and return to the address on your returns form.

Returns labels can only be sent via email and then must be printed by yourself at home. You are welcome to purchase your own postal label of course, we recommend a tracked service for this. If you do wish to use our returns label, please be advised that a fee of £4 will be deducted from any refund for the cost of the label and this service.
