Delivery & Returns ♡

Delivery
  • We usually dispatch orders the same working day if they are placed before 12pm. There may be a slight delay during busy periods but we always work as fast as we can!

  • A signature is not always required upon delivery, if no one is available to take delivery of the item, Royal Mail or other courier will leave the item in a safe place or they will take it back to the local delivery office for you to collect. You will receive an email confirming dispatch of an item within 24 hours of us sending your item.
 *Please note that we are no longer able to combine orders with separate order numbers*

Returns & Exchanges ♡

We really hope you love your items when you receive them but if for any reason you do need to return something, we offer a simple and streamlined returns service here at Rockamilly. 

Simply log in to your customer account and request to return the items you need to return.  Once 'approved' we will send you a returns label for you to return your items with. 

Please note that if you use our returns label, there is a £4 charge for each label used which will be deducted from any refund.  We will waive this fee if you wish to return for an exchange (where an exchange is possible). You can of course return using your own services if preferred.   

When submitting a return request, please ensure that;

You include your completed returns form &

It is within 14 days of order
The item has not been worn or tampered with, and all tags are still attached
The item is not marked, has no make up traces and no deodorant marks and does not smell of cigarettes, perfume etc.

We will always try to process your return as quickly as possible but please allow 10 working days from our receipt of your parcel for us to action a refund or exchange. This may take longer during busy periods.


Please note once a refund has been actioned via PayPal it can take up to 10 working days to show in your account. Refunds will always be paid via original payment method.

If you order online and want to exchange/refund in store, that is fine, but the above conditions still apply and refunds will need to be processed by management so may not be processed straight away.

Please note that this will currently only work for UK orders. If you are an overseas customer, simply return your item using the returns form in your parcel as usual.

Our in-store policy is different so please check returns policy notices in store when purchasing.
