Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! For UK orders over £100 and overseas orders over £150 we will deliver your order for free. 

 

How does Brexit affect ordering from you?
We have been well prepared for this transition and were completing relevant paperwork 6 months before the process became essential for overseas shipping. The disruption to our service should be minimal, however you may notice extra delays at customs and possible new charges for EU customers for orders over £150 that are beyond our control. However, EU orders under £150 will have tax included in the order at the checkout, so you will not get extra charges on delivery. 

 

How long does delivery take?
We try and dispatch items within 1 working day. There may be a slight delay during busy periods. We offer several shipping options, ranging from untracked 2nd class to express next day delivery. The cut off time for next days delivery items is 9am.

 

I have just made an order, but want to add to it. Can I do this?
As long as your order is not yet dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate. Please contact us at your earliest convenience and we'll try and help. 

 

How do pre-orders work?
A pre-order is an item that we are expecting in, but are giving you a head start on ordering. If an item is available on pre-order, this will be visible on the product page. It will have all of the information there regarding expected in stock dates. If there is any change to these dates, we will update the product page. Please keep checking the product page for the latest updates. If you order a pre-order item with an in stock item, we will usually hold the in stock item to send together with your pre-order when it comes into stock.

 

How do I get loyalty points?
Create an account on our website (the 'person' icon, top right) you can then click onto our Pin Up Points button bottom right. You can use this method to update you on your Pin Up Points balance also. 

 

How can I tell that you are a legitimate website and sell genuine items?
Rockamilly was first established in 2015 and has grown to become well recognised and respected amongst the alternative, vintage and pop cult communities. We have an outstanding Trustpilot rating and are active on our long-standing social media accounts. Which you can find here - Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
We also offer secure payment methods such as PayPal, so that you know you are always protected. We only sell genuine items, from our genuine suppliers. All of our licensed goods are properly licensed through our suppliers.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a multitude of payment methods including all major credit/debit cards and Paypal. For those in the UK we also offer Klarna and Clearpay. 

 

Can I cancel my order?
We try and get things out super fast for our customers, so if your order has already been dispatched we're afraid we are unable to cancel. Please follow our returns procedure if you no longer want the items ordered.
