Returns & Exchanges ♡

We really hope you love your items when you receive them but if for any reason you do need to return something, we offer a simple and streamlined returns service here at Rockamilly. 

Simply log in to your customer account and request to return the items you need to return.  Once 'approved' we will send you a returns label for you to return your items with. 

Please note that if you use our returns label, there is a £4 charge for each label used which will be deducted from any refund.  You can of course return using your own services if preferred.   

Please note that this will currently only work for UK orders. If you are an overseas customer, simply return your item using the returns form in your parcel as usual.

When submitting a return request, please ensure that;

It is within 14 days of order
The item has not been worn or tampered with, and all tags are still attached
The item is not marked, has no make up traces and no deodorant marks and does not smell of cigarettes, perfume etc.

We will always try to process your return as quickly as possible but please allow 5 working days from our receipt of your parcel for us to action a refund or exchange. This may take longer during busy periods.


Please note once a refund has been actioned via PayPal it can take up to 10 working days to show in your account. Refunds will always be paid via original payment method.
