🌟 If your order is delivered outside the UK, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country, payable by the customer. Rockamilly has no responsibility over these charges. Any refused parcels will be refunded minus the actual shipping cost, once we have received the item back 🌟

  • All delivery prices (if applicable) are PER ORDER! So however much you order the delivery price will remain the same

We only refund the cost of the items returned, we do not refund postage costs, and the return postage is paid by the customer.

We will post one exchange to you free of charge, after that additional postage fees will be payable.

We will always try to process your return as quickly as possible but please note if an exchange needs to be re-ordered specially it will take up to 8 weeks to receive. 


Gift Vouchers

Terms and conditions: Entitles bearer to the credit amount shown on the voucher to use online at www.rockamilly.com. No cash alternative available. Not refundable.

All Gift Vouchers have an expiry period of 12 months from day of purchase

We process all payments via credit/debit card or PayPal. 

You can also choose to buy now, pay later with Klarna, Clearpay and Laybuy



Delivery of your order shall be made by Royal Mail or other courier to the delivery address given at checkout. It is important that this address is accurate. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in the UK, (international deliveries will take longer). We can not be held responsible for taxes or charges incurred through delivery if overseas. These must be payable by the buyer if applicable.



Website purchases only. Our bricks and mortar store has a separate returns policy which can be found on the premises.

Whilst we hope that you will love the items that you have ordered from us, we do accept that there are occasions when you may need to arrange a return.

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with or change your mind about as long as goods are returned in original & unworn condition, original packaging and with original tags within 14 days of the original order. The customer is always responsible for the safe return of any goods to us. However, we can provide a returns label at our discretion (by email only, for UK addresses) if required. If you wish to use the returns label we send in electronic form for this must be printed out by you, and a £4 deduction on any refund will be made for the cost of the label and this service. If you wish to purchase your own postage label, that is fine also. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Please inspect your goods on arrival. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please inform Rockamilly immediately or as soon as possible and certainly no later than within 14 days of delivery. Any damaged goods reported later than this time frame will not be accepted. Once we have confirmed receipt of faulty or damaged goods a replacement or refund will be arranged for you.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make-up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Gift vouchers, made to measure & bespoke items are non refundable and non exchangeable. 

If you are returning goods to us from outside of the EU, please indicate on any customs form that the goods are 'returned items of UK origin' with a ZERO customs value. Failure to do so may result in your return parcel being held by UK customs and may be returned to you, or a fee may be charged for customs clearance or brokerage.

Please note that we continually monitor social media. If we suspect an item has been used as a photography prop, accessory or in any way been used for photography or otherwise this will be deemed as used, and we reserve the right to refuse these returns.

Refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed by us, although we do try and process faster than this.  Refunds will be made to gift card (if this is your preference) or to the original payment method. Depending on payment method refunds can take up to a further 8 working days to clear. 


Accuracy of Content

Rockamilly makes every effort to give a fair representation of the products that we sell, however, slight variations may sometimes occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as digital media, photographic and publishing processes allow.


Safety Regulations

Our products all comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations. We will contact you immediately if a product is recalled by the manufacturer for any reason.



You should always inspect the goods upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify Rockamilly of a problem within 14 days of receipt.



Rockamilly has taken all reasonable care in the preparation of the contents on this web site, but makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Rockamilly's liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. We shall be under no liability for any direct or indirect loss and/or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer which may arise from the use of this Website.

Rockamilly shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. We shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.

Please be advised that once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. Please follow our returns procedure above. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order within 7 days of the order being made and will, in such cases, offer a full refund where appropriate, especially in the case of items being out of stock or prices/content being incorrect on this website.


Privacy & Security

Rockamilly treats your personal information with the strictest of confidence and will not share it with any third parties. Personal bank account details are directed through our Paypal or credit/debit card system and are not disclosed to Rockamilly during this process.


Social Media

We are very active on social media and occasionally run competitions/promos from them. All the promos are subject to end/change without notice and the final decision of any winner is always with Rockamilly. Prizes will be posted if appropriate and agreed by Rockamilly to an address within the UK within 21 days.  Any prize is not transferable, exchangable or refundable. All decisions are final.
