Shipping policy

We are proud to offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £100, and FREE worldwide delivery on all orders over £150! Shop 'til you drop and the postage will appear as 'FREE' when you checkout.

We aim to ship most orders within 1 working day, but this might be slightly longer during busy periods. Delivery, once shipped, is usually 3-5 working days for standard delivery, but it might be longer in exceptional circumstances or for items on pre-order.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us.
A signature is not always required upon delivery. If no one is available to take delivery of the item, Royal Mail or another courier will leave the item in a safe place or they will take it back to the local delivery office for you to collect. You will receive an email confirming dispatch of an item. 

Overseas Customers

Taxes are included at checkout for orders up to EUR150

Orders over EUR150 will have taxes invoiced locally.

Worldwide -

Orders will have taxes invoiced locally where applicable.

Overseas Shipping may take slightly longer than our standard time estimates.
