*10% off of website purchases. You will receive 10% off of website purchases for over 1000+ products across our website. There are some exclusions due to supplier contracts and stock availability which affect a teeny percentage of our items. Discount is automatically applied at the checkout when you sign into your account.
You are not tied in to any contract. You can come and go as you please. But perks are only applied for active members, and you must be signed into your account at the time of order for perks to be added to your order.
How long does it take to become a member? Rockstars is currently an auto approve service, so you should get an email confirmation within a few minutes of sign up. Please keep an eye on your emails and junk mail so that you don't miss any notifications. Make sure you sign into the same account you use for your membership so that you receive all of your benefits.
Please be aware that discount use is for personal use only and cannot be shared with friends or family, neither can anybody else sign into your membership account to receive the membership benefits. Any misuse of any of our membership or returns services will result in immediate membership suspension, without refund.
Membership payments cannot and will not be refunded under any circumstances for past payments.
We reserve the right to deny or cancel any memberships without reason.
Membership perks are subject to change at any time, without notice.
We are unable to add perks to any order once placed. This includes if the account was not signed into at time of order. Please ensure your correct account is signed into for each order, and any due discounts are recorded on your checkout page before you place your order.
